I liked that I could find a roll of tape that was 12 inches wide. I don't like that she couldn't stay on the surface in a few weeks. I built a short scooter ramp to get into my storage room and wanted to add some wooden handle. I primed the surface with a primer and then a coat of exterior flat paint. After everything had dried for almost a week, this tape came out of the glue, and I placed it straight onto a clean, freshly painted surface. To add a bit of strength to the installation, I added a strip of staples around all four sides of the tape. After the first rain a week later, I noticed the ridges popping up around the outside of my staple. After another week of winter weather, the tape completely detached from the surface and broke when I drove my Vespa over it. If it weren't so expensive I would have just written it up for a failed attempt but due to the cost I really fell that I was ripped off. There's no reason why something like this shouldn't be weatherproof. It's made to go outside!
