Used for post effects, return. I thought this would be a smart way to deal with the After Effects API. Unfortunately, it's still more of a keyboard controller. This causes an insane lag. For example, you can't move the timeline back and forth without it slowly catching up with you. The longer you swipe, the longer it takes to catch up with the screen. This is because the plugin keeps the calls in a list and iterates through them instead of prioritizing them for a smooth GUI experience. How it works? Has anyone else actually tried using this? Every setting/button is like this. No undo groups either! In other words, if you slowly rotate the layer to get the value you want and then decide to go back to the beginning, you have to click the Undo button a hundred times for each value you deleted. The function is important. Since "touch buttons" are basically a smartphone screen with a piece of plastic on it, it's not very comfortable to use for a long period of time. Especially since there is nowhere to put your hand. If you have physical buttons, you can rest your fingers on a few buttons and navigate through macros without looking. In this case, you should hover over the object, so to speak, and pick several times. I end up using only keyboard and mouse. Streamdeck is about 150 and all buttons are invisible. Also, the keys are concave, meaning hand grease won't slide or block the screens, unlike a loop deck that displays every beat.
