I like that this software can be used by any user in our organization without having to have specific training or credentials required. It has enabled me as an individual with little IT background to easily access information from other departments within my own department when needed. This product allows us all to work together more efficiently than we would if it were not available! There are some features which require additional skills/training before they will become useful (e.g., video conference call). We also had difficulty finding employees who could help set up and maintain the system once installed; however, after several attempts at contacting multiple vendors, we found one vendor willing to assist us out of their budget line item. The benefits include increased collaboration between staff members across different locations and functions within our organization.
