Reliable for me, good for cables and connections
I've dropped my iPad in its heavy case twice in one week which broke the fancy new metal cables. For some reason they seem to hold up to my abuse better than the more expensive versions. The strain relief isn't convincing so they tend to loosen up in the joint over time, but for the price I have them in every room.
