These pans are great. They are easy to clean. Unfortunately they heat up very slowly on an induction cooker as the bottom is not level. I don't mean they wobble because the bottom sticks out closer to the middle. Doming actually goes in the opposite direction. The center of the bottom of each pan doesn't touch the stove at all. So what? An induction cooktop requires a flat-bottomed pot. In a shallow saucepan, boil 8 cups of water in about 2 minutes. Using these pots on the same induction element will boil 8 cups of water in about 8 minutes. If you're not using them on an induction cooktop, they might work. We have an induction hob.
