When I put this on, I thought it was a cotton t-shirt, as it feels just like cotton. However, it is only moderately stretchy. I have a 41-inch bust and Large fit me quite well. For a tighter fit, I would order one size below whatever your measurements are on the size table as this does stretch a bit (though not like yoga pant stretchy), and if you have a nice size chest, the cutout will show a good amount of cleavage, which can look quite nice. Otherwise, order your regular size (if you like it loose).
