Not suitable for acrylic casting

These wooden circles are not suitable for acrylic casting. I only tried the first fill on a straight tree - the circle was badly deformed and swelled to about 1/2 inch at the edge. Blisters also appeared in the paint within 3 days. I tried a second one, this time with a good layer of plaster on the front and the edges of the circle. This, too, deformed, and on 2.5. A few (so far) blisters have appeared on the day. I hate wasting more paint trying a different sealer so I'm not sure what I'm going to do with the other 8. If you want to try them, I would recommend buying a small amount first.
