After reading the negative reviews I had some concerns but so far I have nothing but good things to say about this product. Arrived the next morning after ordering. The whole package is whole, very well packed. This is a new machine, unlike some of the reviewers who appear to have received used items. Everything works great right out of the box. No air leaks, no damage, no defects. I haven't airbrushed it yet, I'll try it this weekend. One review said the inside of the airbrushed mug was rough and needed some polishing, but mine is smooth as silk. It's a bit noisy than I expected after reading some of the reviews, but not bad. In hindsight I would have spent another $40 and gotten the one with the air tank but I figured no matter how little I used it it wouldn't matter and I was afraid it would add too much weight and bulk. In general, it fits my purposes perfectly and the price is reasonable. I would never pay more than 300 for a top brand and this is perfect.
