Fantastic value for money, best martial arts
I've tried several racquets from different manufacturers and even used pool noodles. To be honest, they are all essentially the same. These GoSports SpeedStix have held up to everything I've used. The build quality is good, the outer shell is well made. If I had to argue, I'd say the wrist straps are a bit smaller than I'd like, but even that's fine. If you want to save money on batons and still have something of high quality, these are the ones to check out. I use them daily for 4-5 workouts I do.
