I was eager to check out OldPAPA after reading about their great assortment of gear as someone who appreciates outdoor sports. I was dissatisfied and underwhelmed after visiting their store and looking through their merchandise, though. The costs were the first problem I found. The equipment at OldPAPA was substantially more expensive than that at other outdoor retailers I've been to. I realize that quality costs money, but the OldPAPA prices were just too much. They obviously want to establish themselves as a premium brand, but their goods aren't worth the astronomical pricing. I also thought their selection of equipment was insufficient. The selection of snowboarding and surfing gear was somewhat limited, despite the fact that they do offer a choice of boards and boots. The selection at OldPAPA was uninteresting and unoriginal, which disappointed me because I was hoping to find some special and cutting-edge items that would improve my outdoor experience. Last but not least, the customer service let me down. The personnel didn't appear eager to assist me and lacked the knowledge and experience I anticipated from a business that bills itself as a pioneer in the outdoor sector. I didn't feel as though I was actually interested in their goods and services; rather, I felt like I was just another consumer to them. In conclusion, I was disappointed by my interaction with OldPAPA. Prices were excessive, selection was meager, and customer service was appalling. I won't be shopping there again, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone searching for a reliable supplier of outdoor equipment. There are numerous competing businesses that provide superior goods and services at more affordable costs.
