I recently bought a new 15 inch Dell laptop for traveling. Since it's a little big and bulky, I wanted to buy a compatible laptop case to protect it from scratches and dents. Therefore, it was natural to try the Dell laptop sleeve. Here are some considerations: • Size/Fit. Unsurprisingly, the size and fit of the laptop sleeve is perfect considering they are from the same manufacturer. The laptop fits comfortably in a bag. The half zipper protects your laptop well and there is enough clearance to put it in and out of the bag. • Padding/Protection: The laptop sleeve is constructed from close-fitting neoprene that offers a comfortably soft texture with just enough padding for adequate protection. I didn't try to drop the laptop on purpose or anything, but I can confirm that the laptop doesn't get hit if I bump into a table or whatever. I can also confirm that the laptop sleeve is indeed waterproof and protects the laptop from liquids. • The weight. The neoprene material makes this laptop bag very light. This was important to me as it makes up most of my laptop. It's officially 8.6 ounces, which seems right. Overall I am happy with the laptop sleeve as it is a great complement to my Dell laptop. I will continue to use this and recommend it to all Dell laptop users.
