I usually wear shoes in size 8 or 8.5. I have 9 and they were too small. So sent back and got 9.5. They're still pretty tight, but I think 10 might be too loose, so I'll leave them on and hope that wearing them will stretch them a bit. I wish the canvas was a bit thicker and the little foam pads in the shoes were nice, but they don't look like they're going to last long. I bought them because I will be taking an adult ballet class, I haven't danced in many years and needed ballerinas. I've always bought Capezios in the past and I remember how they got better. But they will probably be fine for what I need them for now. I like the split soles and the elastic is already sewn in, although the photo shows it isn't.
