Let me start by saying that everyone's body is different. Just because this chair is perfect for some doesn't mean it won't be terrible for someone else. I wish I could have sat in this chair before I bought it. Don't get me wrong, Razer made a good quality chair. The material and the ease of assembly are fine. But I have to deduct 3 stars because FOR ME this chair kills my lower back. Your lumbar support is not compatible with my spine. I have never sat in a chair or chair with such strong lumbar support. I wish it had a feature to reduce the amount of support it offers. In short: Every spine is different. Try a chair before you spend over $400. The chair is beautiful, very durable and made of beautiful materials. But the chair is not compatible with my spine.
