Fan Not Working on Xbox One
The fan barely spins when it's not plugged in as several others have noted in their reviews. Plugged in and reassembled the Xbox but it won't start. I opened the backup and went through the installation process again, but it still won't turn on. The Xbox will issue an insufficient ventilation warning, which means it knows the fan isn't working. Really disappointed.
