Review on V4INK CF500A M281Fdw Compatible Replacement Ink Set - KCMY by Fred Massingill

I installed the black cartridge, the printer said it was not an HP cartridge, but it worked without any further action. I did not install the chip from the old cartridge. I haven't had to install any color cartridges yet, so I can't say if they're any good or not. I bought them because they cost 5 times less than HP cartridges which cost more than I paid for the printer and because I have used V4 ink cartridges successfully in my Brother laser printer. HP almost forces people to use regular cartridges. They charge so much for the HP brand and their reviews aren't perfect either. I've noticed that the printer seems to be making more "clattering" noises as it initializes. The print quality with the black cartridge is good so far.
