YENMILL is lacking in a number of important areas, despite the fact that they have a large assortment of clothes, shoes, jewelry, costumes, and other accessories. As a paying consumer, I was dissatisfied with the quality of the products as well as the assistance I received from the company. When I reached out with questions and concerns regarding the quality of the things I had received, I was met with responses that were unhelpful and condescending. It was obvious that the goal of the company was to make a transaction, rather than to ensure that the customer's needs were met. In general, despite the fact that YENMILL might appear to be a promising online store for women's fashion, the reality is that the quality of their products is subpar, and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If you want something that is both stylish and of high quality, you should seek somewhere else.
