Review on Savour Sous Vide Cooking Bags (18 Count) - Reusable, Fast & Simple, Leak Proof, No Vacuum Sealer Needed, BPA/BPS Free by Michelle Frey

I am new to sous vide cooking and am experimenting with different foods. I ordered Savor pouches because of the ease of use and the fact that they are reusable. The first time I had an issue with a small cover where I ripped the bag when I took it off. I wrote Savor asking if there is a catch. Received a prompt reply including detailed instructions from Susan, co-owner. She was very polite, very encouraging and extremely helpful. She even sent me packages to replace the ones I screwed up. Who does it? Delicious. My second try worked better but I obviously didn't close it and water flooded the bag. I took out the roast, dried it, roasted it under the brazier. Susan was again very helpful with some tips to get a better print and even offered to call me and walk me through the process. I have never purchased a product from a company so willing to step in and help. This speaks to Savour's trust and professionalism. I know the problems were due to my inept beginner and lack of skills (I'm 68 and sometimes it takes me a few times to learn these newfangled gadgets). I would highly recommend Savor and their sous vide bags. If you have any problem, please feel free to contact these wonderful people as they are willing and able to help. For that reason alone I'd rather give it 10 stars than just 5. From now on I only use their great products.
