I bought these reels after my other set that I had had for years finally broke. I was looking forward to using my old videos in the new ones as I preferred the larger ones and finally gave enough. Well, of course they did it so differently that the old commercials didn't fit. Okay, the new design takes up less space, but the folded casters are cumbersome to put in and take out, and you have to unplug the device to turn it off. For real? How cheap! Too bad the price doesn't match the quality! And now, a year later, the heat has just stopped. Oh, the lights are on, but there's no heat. Anyone more believe in quality? I am a regular customer of brands that have stood the test of time. Not this one.
