Just got two of these for return lines for an aquarium I'm building. They seem quite good for the price. As mentioned, the plastic is a bit cheap but feels solid enough. It's easy to manipulate the outlet to get the flow where you want it. I connected a 3/4 inner diameter hose to it and it fits snugly. I had to put the hose over the notch and stretch the hose a bit to fit, but it fits and doesn't come off easily, which is good. In addition to the difficulty of obtaining a tube. The only other downside I initially found is that the distance between the area that extends beyond the rim of the tank is just under 2.5 inches. If you want it to sit perfectly on the rim of the tank, you need to find a way to make it snug.
