Bought the headphones about two weeks ago. During use, the connection was sometimes interrupted for a few seconds. Reconciled, and not scary at all. But that's not the worst - NEVER ate the drivers for these headphones if they work for you. I tried to ate and ended up with an ate error message. Since then, the headphones have not connected wirelessly (there is no "beep-beep" signal as usual when turned on). Sound can only be received through the 3.5mm jack. As it turns out, I'm not alone with this problem. There are threads on the Asus forum and Reddit with the same description. There is no solution, of course. Separately, I want to note the excellent technical support. Today is a holiday, so I won't be able to call. But on the support site they offer to send a request by e-mail. Great, I fill in all the necessary data for this and . the "SEND" button does not work. Just nothing happens, not even any messages that I filled out something incorrectly. Thanks Asus for the high quality support for high quality products. I will sit on the 3.5mm connector for now and on weekdays I will try to get through to those. support. In general, if you are not afraid to run into incomprehensible wireless connection problems, you can take a headset. Although if I myself had noticed reviews like this before buying, I would have thought three times.
