Good. I received this three days ago. If I could give 10 stars I would. If anything changes I'll definitely update, but. WHERE WAS MY ALL LIFE? I took the girl I did all my research on handheld vacuums because I wanted something that worked and worked well. Most other brands had bad reviews or mixed reviews depending on where you look. So first. i have a puppy This is a 60 lb puppy, currently a Black Lab puppy who is 6 months old. She makes a mess and survives the seasonal molt. It sucks everything. Wet, dry, it works. Second, for some reason, ladybugs have invaded my home office. For example, I catch/kill about 20 people a day. Nozzles for the nozzles included in the kit? I don't have to climb on a chair, I can build a ceiling and suck out those bugs like tomorrow. This is an 18V handheld vacuum. Think of it this way: Most electric drills are 18V. Most other handheld vacuums have almost no suction power. I cleaned the ceiling fan vents in the bathroom. You don't have to be standing on a chair or ladder. I am not tall. I used to teach cleaning in hospitals, professionals, etc. So as soon as this boy got his charge, I went and put him through the bell. I like it. Highly recommended. Again if that changes.
