Seams came loose shortly after purchase; no reply from hipsi CS

I really liked this belt but soon after I bought it the stitching along the entire length of the belt came undone - one of those long dangling threads that pulls and pulls and can't really Break. I emailed hipsi CS immediately and never got a reply (it's been at least a year). It's otherwise well made and feels like a godsend, but when a $50 belt falls apart with no response from the brand, it's not cool. Also, it would be great to use a separate small size instead of "xs/s". largest loop for xs/s and one of the smallest loops for average.
