Safety hazard (image attached)

I've been using this charger for 1 month. I would not recommend this charger as it has a critical flaw in its design - it will overheat to the point of melting if used for more than 1-2 hours. This charger works well when used for a short period of time. Unfortunately, this design fails when the charger is left plugged in for hours. But as soon as you charge it for 1 hour or more, it gets very hot and melts. I tested it and was glad it didn't cause a fire/short circuit, but it still bothered me.
