It provides a robust solution for networking management and monitoring. We use it to manage our customers' networks. Our existing ERP system uses its own (custom) software for managing the configuration and security of devices connected to the network. This has caused many problems when new versions of the operating system are released - forcing us to manually update each device individually. CygNet allows us to centralise the configuration and security of the devices so that they automatically update and apply patches when required. This reduces the amount of work involved and gives us complete control of the system and any changes made to it. It is also significantly faster and less prone to human error. They are constantly adding functionality and are improving usability. We don't want to migrate our data from the current system as we would lose too much information. But it does mean that we would no longer need to purchase another system to replace ours.
