The steel body itself seems fine except for a few edges that need smoothing. Really disappointing that the wooden handle is split on both sides at one end. As well as the cut at the bottom of the handle. The crack appears to have been caused by tightening the bolts, as the bolts don't protrude as far at the fork end as they do on the free side. What also sucks is that they have to hang around so much. The screw problem also seems to be the cause of the shaky hand. The handle as a whole could have been sanded better to feel smoother. I have a feeling that this handle will eventually break if pressure is applied to create a smash burger as the handle will split.
