Wow, they smell awful! To be honest, I think I'm a bit sensitive to chemical smells. For example, I could smell them from the next room (!) when my husband should have been very close. OTOH, the husband doesn't usually notice chemical odors and even he can smell them. They smell of mold and rubber. It's mostly mold, although I don't know why (they don't look like mold). In any case, I don't usually worry too much about chemical smells in new products as they usually dissipate fairly quickly (although I'm sure they don't). not healthy). Anyway, after a few days they spread all over the room so I tried to get them outside. Now, a few months later, they still smell! Though I have to sniff them to say it (yes, I do go out on the porch to sniff my hangers every once in a while!?! I have to keep the neighbors busy!) anyway, I might still not realize it , except I don't want my clothes to smell too. And now they are rusting. & Too late to come back. So I would say - stay away from them! In any case, the quality did not convince me. Garbage :(
