This little "Titan " justifies all expectations!
It really is, IMHO, AMAZING scrub! It's razor sharp, and while I don't use all of the fancy TV tricks, it's still the best knife I've ever used. (Honestly, I can only go nuts about vegetable peelers.) Let me add that I take one with me when I stay somewhere with a kitchen that I need to use (along with a good chef's knife, some parchment paper, and an egg timer). I accidentally left one a few months ago when renting an apartment and immediately ordered a replacement. I have two at home and use them all the time.
