Beware of other negative reviews. I've compared this shampoo to the real Redken shampoo I bought from Ulta and it's definitely not the same based on the smell, feel and look of both the shampoos and the bottles they came in. Don't fall for this scam. I was using this fake Redken shampoo that turned my hair to straw and I couldn't figure out why the expensive salon brand shampoo was doing that to my hair. Then I read some of these reviews and decided to buy some from Ulta to see if the shampoo really made a difference. I figured it had to be or no one would ever use Redken because those fakes are awful. At Ulta, it only costs a few bucks more than the real Redken shampoo is worth.
