I bought 2 of these a month apart. Each one the box came like it was eaten by a werewolf and spat out.The first box had numerous holes, the zip ties that went around the box were broken, and it's a miracle the innards didn't fall out in transit.The second box had such a large hole that someone had taped another box around the whole top half to stop its contents from spilling out. It was more tape than box. Still, at my door step, parts were outside the box the way the mailman left it. It's a miracle I had every part.The severe box damage did cause damage the product. Several parts were bent. Luckily this thing is stupid simple to put together and some time with a mallet made it all come together.Still, it's anyone's guess how damaged yours will be when it arrives. Just because it's metal and unlikely to get severely damaged doesn't mean shipping it so terribly is okay.For the shipping problems and damage to the product I'm giving this 3 stars.Another reason I'm giving it 3 stars is that this product's cut outs are rough. It's easy to cut yourself on this while assembling. I recommend you wear gloves. Getting the end caps on is awful because of how brutally damaged the boxes come, all the end caps were bent to hell. I had to bend them back into place and getting them on took the most time of the entire assembly.It's really easy to assemble other than that. After learning how to do it on the first one, the second one took half as long. I do plan to buy more of these to finish out my basement storage.
