I bought this product hoping to find a better shaving alternative. Reading the instructions I realized I needed at least 3-4 other items that were not included in the kit and were not mentioned when purchasing the gel. Even without them I've tried using the product as I've watched a lot of YouTube videos and they don't use anything other than the gel itself. I warmed up the gel in the microwave as directed in the instructions. Unfortunately, nothing mentioned what consistency should be before application. So I put it on and it just got sticky in my hands and ankles. I decided to leave the gel in the microwave a little longer but it got very hot and I couldn't touch it for at least 10 minutes. Long story short I got sticky all over (arms, ankles, counter and tub) from spending half an hour cleaning and a very large internal bruise on my ankle from trying to pull my hair out . I am very upset that I wasted my time and money on this.
