It was very easy to install and I've only used it on my golf bag when I went to the driving range and used a water bottle. Plugging and unplugging my water bottle was a bit more difficult and fits better on an uninsulated water bottle. It's nice and tight for regular sized cans, beer bottles are a little loose, but insulated can holders work well. I have an insulated steel bottle/can holder and it works very well getting in and out of the holder. If you have a neoprene bottle cage, this will help hold a regular sized water bottle or beer bottle in place. I tested it on my golf cart and it works just as well. You can fold the cup holder completely and place it at any angle. It's good quality and should hold up well.
