Good for the price. However, there are 3 problems: 1) Mats don't have texture on the back that helps hold them in place and put all the load on the post they're attached to. 2) Clamps do not sit flush after attaching to post. The mat rises around the posts more than the factory mat, probably 1/2 inch. 3) The biggest point of criticism is the strut clip on the driver's side in the back seat. The mat was in the wrong place (about 6 inches towards the center). I was able to remove the hard plastic part of the clip, cut out a new hole and put it back in place. The bottom line is I would consider these a temporary or cheap/easy fix, but I don't think they will last long. .
