I have 7.5-8 depending on the brand. I have them in size 8 and they fit perfectly without losing too much. The material is breathable and the color is very bright and stands out well. Don't pinch or pinch your toes. Good step flexibility. There were no arch issues or heel chafing. My only "issue" is that the padding on the sole of the shoe is a bit thick at the bottom of the heel. So when I run, sometimes when I walk, that thick part of the sole hits the inside of my other foot. It doesn't happen every time, but I have to be careful with thick soles. They are heavier than my streams in terms of weight, but not by much. I prefer lighter shoes to avoid the aforementioned problem of stomping my foot on the go.
