I bought these net pieces because I was told I would need them for my large spools of embroidery thread as the spools are sideways on my Singer. This should prevent several rounds of thread from slipping at the same time and thereby preventing jamming. But the thread got tangled at the end where the net was cut to length. Nothing stood in the way! Now I have 200 very nice mesh tubes and only 5 makeup brushes to use. The tubes are very well made and of high quality.
