I just received it yesterday. Today I decided to make banana muffins. They argued whether they should be lubricated even if they were "non-stick". I didn't try. I used them as is, just for testing. My cupcakes popped right out! Nothing stays in the pan! I'm excited. Having dozens of nonstick pans, here's what I've found: don't wash them in the dishwasher, no matter what they say. Hand wash and dry immediately, especially under the headband. And never, ever use non-stick spray. This will ruin your pans. I learned this the hard way. So I needed new pots. I'm glad I bought them! I will update in the future if I run into any issues but the best pans so far!
