Wrench, rubber ring and screws were missing. Also, the backs of the faucets were lost, requiring the cover to be removed to tighten. I'm not sure what happened to the faucets either, but both leaked right away and had to fight to get them to work. It's not their fault, but I would like to point out that I replaced the single faucet tower with this one, which was larger in diameter, resulting in the mounting holes not working and the existing dripper not working. The rating would have been lower but I contacted the support team and they fixed it with no problems.
