Cleaning takes a little longer as you have to be careful not to get the dough off the handle of the folding part. I use a ziplock bag and trim it so the masa doesn't get stuck in the press itself when pressed. One thing I noticed is if you want a thicker flatbread, press lightly as this is great for really thin flatbreads. I tried putting in more masa thinking it would thicken it but then it just spreads out more. Another thing is that the side you press the handle on is the thinner side of the cake. It takes a while to get used to, but great if you're in a hurry and don't want to do them entirely by hand.
