This chair is incredibly comfortable! The tilt lock is probably my favorite part. The pillow is very comfortable together with the backrest of the chair. It was very easy to assemble. My only complaint is that the lumbar cushion is uncomfortable so I chose not to use it when you need to adjust the back of your chair you have to push hard and it clicks so loud you think you broke it . What puts me off the most is the way the bucket seat is constructed so you only have a tiny rectangle to sit on and when your bum takes up more room than your hips it's uncomfortable. I already have bruises on my thighs and that's the only reason I want my chair back. I just wish it was a little better on my hips. All in all it's great.
