Bath Bomb Unapproved

I make over 300 bath bombs a week for my business and wanted to add a few more molds to my collection as a backup. It didn't help at all. I've tried two different recipes and the friction between the two sides of the mold doesn't quite match, so it's difficult to get a full bath bomb. So one side will be perfect, but the other half will not be the same. I finally decided to just stop trying after 45 minutes and then the next day for 1 hour.
