The features are easy enough for any level of user (expertise) to use without getting overwhelmed by all that it has to offer! I love how customizable this software can be when using multiple providers in one system or even different systems within one provider. It makes tracking so much easier than paper methods such as spreadsheets. Reporting can get tricky but if you know your way around Excel/Google Sheets then solving problems like missing data points becomes very simple. There's not really anything i dislike about tracker at this time other than having more options available would make life easier - however their support team does an amazing job explaining everything you need to do to solve issues.
