Not UL or ETL listed. The power button works 50% of the time.

I checked it for UL listing as soon as I received it - it's not there. I then took a good look at it to decide if I was willing to take the risk, I found a faulty power switch and if you look at the sockets under a magnifying glass you can clearly see that most of the pins are misaligned are. I don't want to take that risk, I'm not sure if anyone else should.
