Review on 🔧 Melissa & Doug Colorful Extra Thick Construction Toy Set by John Ruelas

When I opened the package, I could smell a distinct odor of imitation wood and plastic. Further inspection also revealed a significant amount of dust/wood particles covering the puzzle (not very large, but not critical either). I then saw the corner of the puzzle where the circle shape is discolored which is disappointing but still not a deal breaker. The problem was that when I looked at each puzzle piece, the rectangle was sloppily cut, almost had a corner cut off, and then the triangle was poorly cut, barely fitting in the slot. Removing and returning the triangle to its place on the board required reasonable strength (strength that a child would not have) and would definitely cause frustration in a small child. Will be back if you can get a working one, this is a good size jigsaw board that I intend to use to put pictures in for a child.
