As a regular consumer of home design goods, I have to admit that Joybest Company falls short of expectations. At first sight, their collection of throw pillow covers can appear spectacular, but upon closer investigation, I was disappointed by the quality and design. Their pillow covers are made of weak, inexpensive materials, which quickly deteriorate. A disappointment in person is the absence of the vibrancy and attention to detail that the vivid colors and elaborate designs promised on their website. Furthermore, Joybest Company's customer service is subpar. I had issues regarding the caliber of my purchase, but I got no answer, making me feel ignored and irate. Overall, I would not suggest Joybest Company to anyone looking for top-notch home décor items. The unimpressive and overrated items of the corporation simply serve to compound the dissatisfaction with the lack of responsiveness of their customer service staff.
