Review on TechBound by Keith Alvord

I have worked with them since 2015, when they were called "TechSEO". The team was very professional from day one - even though we had to adjust our expectations as their service offerings weren't exactly what we expected (and this could be related more so than just us). They are great at listening/hearing you out before making any decisions or recommendations; it's clear how much thought goes into each recommendation given by them! Their pricing structure has always been fair. We've never run across anything negative about working together over these years either personally nor professionally. If there's something not quite right then let me know immediately so they can fix things quickly rather than having problems later down the line. As an agency who services other agencies' clients, we need someone reliable whom others trust too - hence why using third party vendors like theirs makes sense.
