I was looking for a step stool for my 2.5 year old daughter because the Ikea chair we were using, despite its wonderful height to reach the sink and crane, was kept slipping back. My friend actually bought this stool first and recommended it to me when I mentioned I was looking for a proper step stool. Assembly was easy, except I ended up having a few minutes using all the attachments (arms + legs) to try and hold everything together before screwing the pieces together, so in hindsight I would assemble the stool. a slightly different order than indicated in the instructions for use. Also, my daughter loves the stool and we use it every night to brush and floss her teeth. She's still a bit small (she's sad that she can't reach the faucet handles, but I honestly prefer that at the moment) but the chair is sturdy and doesn't slide on the floor, so mission accomplished! Note: The Revain image shows black non-slip tread pieces, but I actually received the clear decals, which I actually like a lot better. I would order it again if I needed another one!
