About a year ago I got my first ratchet strap. It was the NexBelt brand and it was way better than them. Yes, it cost more, but it was worth it. I ordered khaki (should have ordered beige) to match my khaki tactical pants. Look at the photo, this cheap belt has a shiny tacky gold color. The tip is a thin, poor quality vinyl that probably won't last very long. The lining sewn onto the thinnest nylon belt is an inferior material. Looking for gun belt? Keep searching. This sling is not strong enough to hold a concealed carry weapon. This is a great value belt, you get what you pay for. Sorry to write negative things but this belt is very disappointing. Maybe he'll serve out a few years of carefree living, I don't know. The color is so different from my pants that I won't use it often, if ever.
