Ordered size 3. They say 12-18 months. They seem a bit big for our little girl (she just turned one). This is normal because there is room for growth. Some seams were frayed. They seem cheap and not as cute as in the picture. I found out today that you can find something better at Ross for the same price or less. Now I will buy children's shoes there. But they can still be worn.
