I like most of what we can do with this software; however it has some quirks (like not being able to change font sizes).

The customer support is excellent as well! You get very good training when downloading your first instance so there aren't any surprises once installed or configured properly - they walk through everything step by step which saves time for new users trying out different features/configurations etc.. Also helps if having issues since all our customers are using one version at least makes troubleshooting easier than dealing wtih multiple versions across other providers who may be outdated / no longer supported.
