I really loved this product because I can put it on my desk to keep my coffee warm during the day or light a candle without fear of leaving the room with a candle . The design is beautiful, slim, elegant and does not take up space. When I can get it to work it heats up to the perfect temperature (not too hot), the only problem is that the surface is designed to detect perfectly flat objects and most of my mugs/candles have light ones curves. I could only find one cup that worked and even that stopped working once the coffee ran out. I tried using the included insert (to flatten the bottom of the cup) but that didn't work either. Even if it worked, it's not very practical since it comes with a sticker that can only be used on a mug. I have to move the cup or candle to make the light stop flickering and work. I was so excited to get it :( I posted a picture of a mug that didn't work. A flashing red light means it's not heating.
