I don't even give 1 if I could - black sent instead of purple, I ordered - too tight to fit under my arms. The zippers are unsafe because they hang out more than 2 inches and won't close the pocket on the other side - the pockets aren't even deep enough to hold my phone, they're unsafe because anything can slip or slide out because they don't close them tightening at the other end. The last bag ordered was a sling backpack, made from such a cheap, coarse material, poorly sewn and too small. I've bought some nice stuff from Amazon but no luck lately - can't use this piece of junk. I was promised credit for this and told I could gift it or donate it, which I did - even included a picture as proof of quality. This theme
